Mr. Tom Gulick was my mentor and the owner of of three different restaurants I have worked at. He has taught me everything I know, everything from cooking to management skills, to running a restaurant. He would most likely say that I am a very good employee to have I will go out of my way to do what ever needs to be done.  And I have an extremely good work ethic.
