Chef Ming Tsai He is an inspiration because he is doing the cuisine that I can relate to the most, I have always wanted to take the Chinese cuisine that I have learned from my uncle and combine it with a classical cuisine. the other reason i like Chef Ming Tsai is because to this day he is still working in his restaurant to make sure everything is perfect. to me that is very passionate.	Will Smith “Life isn’t how many breaths you take, but it’s the moments that take your breath away.”	Masaharu Morimoto Chef Morimoto was a big influence on me while growing up, I remember watching him on Iron Chef and being amazed at some of the dishes he use to create. he inspires me to be as creative as him	Mahatma Gandhi "be the change that you wish to see in the world"
Auguste Escoffier Auguste Escoffier inspires me because he was the organized the way the kitchens are today. I think of myself as being very organized like Escoffier and I hope I can be as influential as well one day	J.R.R. Tolkien "If most of us vauled food and cheer and song above hoarding gold it would be a merrier world"	Paul Bocuse Paul Bocuse was the chef that modernized french cuisine into a new classification called Nouvelle Cuisine. the reason he is inspirational to me is because I want to one day be an important impact in the culinary world someday. Caleb Dayes Caleb is my best friend, he was another brother to me and we grew up together. Caleb was like my other half and was always by my side to keep driving me to do whatever I set my mind too, Caleb always tried to be the best at whatever he did and I learned a lot from that	George Bernard Shaw "there is no sincerer love, than the love of food"	Brian and Lili Lyons My Mom and Dad are a big inspiration in my life, They taught me how to always follow my dreams and to never give up, they also gave me my work ethic, and most important how to treat people with respect	Alan D. Chef Tom Gulick My uncle Tom is my Mentor, he taught me everything i know about cooking and the restaurant business. He has owned many successful restaurants, and taught me the meaning of passion and hard work and what it takes to be successful in life. Chef Gordon Ramsey Chef Gordon Ramsey has always been a inspiration to me because not only is he a great chef but he is a perfectionist. I can relate to that because I am also a perfectionist myself. I have always wanted to be in his shoes one day and to be one of the greatest chefs of my generation
