My name is Steven Lyons; I am 5 years trained in Chinese Cuisine. My family has owned Chinese Restaurants my whole life so I started working in the business when I was young. I fell in love with the controlled chaos at a young age. So I decided to further my education in the culinary field when I felt the time was right. After I graduate CIA I will use my previous knowledge of Chinese cuisine and learn to fuse it with my new found skills of the classical French cuisine and be able to develop my own style of cooking to make me happy and in return I hope to bring others happiness.
